From the outside, it looks to be a small space but it opens out into a much larger area.Very friendly and helpful staff.Food is very nice and well presented. The price for it is a little high but overall worth a visit and will go back.
Quite disappointed with the food, ordered the chicken yaki udon and was sadly flavourless.Glad to see they still offer the free green teas 🍵Atmosphere was okay, but went quite late at night so was quiet.Service was excellent, waitress was lovely and super attentive.
The food was good, but I can't understand how, by being the first to arrive and order, we had to wait 1 hour before getting served. That's definitely not a place I would recommend if I were to be on a time-limited lunch break

The behavior of their staff was incredibly rude. When we requested the bill, the lady serving us threw it instead. It's truly disappointing. This particular wagamama chain is the worst.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. First of all we have sit and waited over 15 minutes and when no one came we went and sat somewhere in the middle and asked twice to put and order. The ladies are waaayyy too busy chatting instead of taking care of literally ANYTHING. Everything came out was whether wrong, missing, left to another table(!!!), or came late. We had to share one plate without drinks, the second plate’s steak was basically mooing because waitress just THOUGHT to give rare instead of asking. The manager first tried to give us poor excuses and the apology was even worse with a 10% (£2.62) discount. She took out the first plate which came over half and hour into our food. I just cannot believe I paid anything to them. Totally regretting.
I don't want to lower your expectations for wagamama in general, but the food here was average at best. I have tried wagamama in different locations and would it's way better. I would compliment the service and wait times, tough. Pretty quick and nice servers. The atmosphere is good, but a bit overwhelming, yet not put-togheter enough. If you want a real taste for wagamama, try a different location, especially in other countries like Austria. I might come here again.
This branch is the best Wagamama to exist in the UK. The quality of food is exceptional and I did not have to wait a long time to receive my order. Ivan in particular provided a fantastic service - he was polite and helpful in guiding us through the options in the menu. Overall, the atmosphere and service was top tier and I will continue to come back to this branch in the future.
Open at 11am. I can never tire of the fantastic menu and food available at Wagamama. This is not the best for decor, but the staff and food easily make up for that.
On a recent trip to London found ourselves outside Wagamamas ... Looked great inside so with empty stomachs in we went. Service was quick and polite. Loved the starter and mains and with a quick scan of the QRcode we were all paid up.
Visited the new Wagamama spot and absolutely loving its clean and vibrant atmosphere. It’s definitely becoming my go-to place whenever I’m around Oxford Street. The food was amazing and what stood out the most was the incredibly friendly staff, especially a lovely lady named Deval. She warmly welcomed us and ensured we had everything we needed. From start to finish, she truly made our night special and I want to express my gratitude 🫶🏽✨ definitely looking forward to coming back
The location is perfect, both for locals as well as tourists given it is right by Marble Arch but still away from the crazy hustle bustle. The venue is very large so hopefully handle large crowds at peak times. We went for a real early dinner so it was empty. The staff were friendly and warm but could've been a little more attentive. We had to be on the look out through out our time there to get their attention to cater to what we wanted.The meal itself was good and kept to the wagamama standards. The only issue we had was that the salmon was a bit undercooked and had to be sent back and because we didn't get their attention for a long time I literally had finished my noodles by the time the salmon came back and ended up not eating it... a bit if a waster really.Our daughter really enjoyed her meal and she is a VERY fussy eater and wants to go back so I guess we will be back.
