Popular and busy restaurant close to the centre of Norwich. Food arrived quickly and was delicious. I would particularly recommend the chicken hot pot. Perfect for a wintry evening. There was a minor issue with my partner's order and it was addressed promptly by the manager. Excellent customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

So I have a fairly serious onion allergy, my guts shut down when I eat all alliums, I've tried eating here so many times and every time bar one they have brought me food with onions/crispy onion/spring onion, leek, garlic etc. They always take it back and are nice about it but one time I had to send the food back 3 times.The food is awesome if you don't have an allergy, if you're fine to eat everything it's a solid and consistent place to eat.The staff are great in all regards except that they can't identify an onion.I'm not going back, I've had enough diarrhea.
Been to Wagamamas quite a few times, usually very happy with the food and the most recent time was no exception, as it was delicious and so full of flavour.Staff are friendly and it's usually quite a busy atmosphere.
Overall great time. Just a couple things I think were not too great. There weren’t many staff around and it was hard to find someone to ask questions about the food or order. We were sat almost 10mins before someone came over to take our order. And I think they could have been friendlier when they approached us. Nevertheless the food was good and the vibe was great too.
