Usually Wagamama experience is quite pleasant and the good is fabulous. But this time at Liverpool one today one of the staff was really horrible. Emily came to take the order and was not at all courteous or polite. After the order was served which was not so great this time we asked a staff member for the bill and paid it with debit card. As soon as we were walking out of the door Emily shouted back on rudely asking if we had paid. That shout in itself was very insulting in front of other customers and were really offended. I told her thst we paid to her colleague and even showed my bank account that the payment was through to Wagamama. She still insisted us to wait until the fellow who took the payment came and cleared us. No apology was rendered and that was a ridiculous experience. I think Wagamama should train their staff to be polite, courteous and nice. That is what customer service is. I and my family will never go yo Wagamama again. Now that staff has made the corporate lose at least 25 customers in the family plus other friends.
Amazingly quick service, relative to many other Wagamama places we've been.Food portions are bigger than Sheffield's Wagamama portions!!Friendly and attentive staff
Set in the city centre amongst a host of other well known eateries, short wait to gain access (it was a Saturday evening) however we were seated 10 minutes after arrival and taken care of by one of their magnificent staff. Food as always was good and served reasonably quickly for how busy they were. On this visit I had my first waganama desert, a white chocolate and ginger cheesecake it was awesome. Well worth a visit.
The man and woman who served us were great and the food and drinks came pretty quickly, the ramen was lovely I just don't think I'm that much of a fan of the brisket but it was still quite nice. The peach iced tea was also very good so I recommend getting that.
Popped in for lunch. Decided to eat something different- chicken gochujang rice bowl. Really tasty and very filling. Service was efficient and food came out quick as restaurant was relatively quiet.
Commencing at 1430, our party of seven embarked on a culinary journey at Wagamama’s. A brief 20-minute wait led to a feast of diverse dishes, each a testament to the vibrant, eclectic essence of Pan-Asian cuisine. Sake flowed as freely as the compliments. From the rich, savory broths to the perfectly balanced noodles, every bite was a taste sensation. A four-star atmosphere, eclipsed only by a five-star parade of flavors. A meal to remember with a photo provided post-feast as a delicious testament to a meal too tempting to pause for pictures! A Harmonious Fusion of Pan-Asian Dishes.
Absolutely amazing. The food was to die for, incredible flavours and lovely presentation. Highly recommend the bang bang cauliflower, katsu chicken curry and the katsu banana (trust me it’s amazing!) the cocktails were delicious too. Service was fantastic, really friendly and helpful staff.Definitely recommend
Me and my boyfriend stopped here for a quick bite, food was fast and to perfection as always. The waiter who served us was amazing! (Think the name was Maya) Nothing better than friendly service with a smile.
Our server "ollie" was so attentive made my birthday so special nothing was to much ,he should be front of house, I will come back again and ask for ollie, and all my friends and family will do the same! Thanks ollie you made it special !
Visited here and as soon I walked in I was greeted by a friendly young lady who seated myself straight away, and instantly asked me if I knew what I wanted to drink what was great, a gentleman came over less than 5 minutes later with my drink and asked me if I was ready to order which I was was, the food came over piping hot and they also gave me some chicken skewers for free which where lovely, all in all food fast and tasty, price was very reasonable and staff were very helpful.
Four of us dined here, we all enjoyed our starters, mains and three of us had deserts. Service was great, friendly, asked if any of us had allergies. Brought us fresh water for the table we were at. Not loud in there, no loud music playing so you could chat to each other, and sit and enjoy your delicious food.
Quality food. Fast service. Reasonable price.Olly is a great server and makes sure everything is delivered prompt with smile. Great service 👌Update. Our son said to give it another 5 stars as the sevice was great and the food was fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing food and a lovely atmosphere. First time trying this chain and I can say I will be back. All the food tasted amazing , proper taste to every it'sThe fire cracker chicken with boiled rice was spicy but not too uncomfortably hot just tasty spicy. The mackerel fish was firm but then melted in the mouth. Best mackerel I ever tasted .The chicken + prawn yaki soba was superb as well.Always been put off having brown rice as it can be bland but the brown rice here is packed full of flavour. The BBQ Korean buns and belly pork buns are a lovely side dish. Will be going back to try the whole menu. Worth every penny
My favourite chain restaurant to go to. Fantastic food and as someone with a nut allergy they could not be more attentive. My only complaint would be that you cant book so have to drive there and take your chance getting in or waiting for up to nearly an hour at busy times
